Description

7-hour CPD Certified Training by Born at the Right Time
Delivered as two interactive 3.5-hour virtual sessions

In the demanding world difficult conversations are inevitable but they don’t have to lead to traumatic conflict for either parents/caregivers or professionals. When practitioners understand the underlying causes of tension and learn how to respond with empathy and clarity, they can transform challenging interactions into opportunities for connection and collaboration.

This advanced CPD-certified course builds on the foundational principles of Bridging the Gap: Reimagining Communication and Co-production with Parents/Caregivers. It explores the breakdown of relationships between professionals and families, and how to rebuild trust through trauma-informed practice, reflective communication, and meaningful engagement.
